BioDésir

The Bio Désir Think & Do Tank project was born in 2015 from a prospective study and the desire of a group of professionals to promote biodiversity in order to eventually create, with the driving forces of South Basse-Terre and throughout Basse-Terre, a Territorial Pole of Economic Cooperation (PTCE) BIO DÉSIR works to contribute to consolidating the digital mediation sector in Guadeloupe. 

 A territorial structure, at the level of several departments, a hub brings together public, private and associative actors in order to network them and create new digital mediation offers in the territory. The digital mediation sector sets up digital access points and provides training to meet the needs of citizens. 

As a sector that is still too fragmented and heterogeneous, hubs will allow for better harmonisation and coordination of players and the pooling of specific skills such as financial engineering, training and project management.
