French-speaking observatory (based in French-speaking Switzerland) on "Cloud computing", an incubator for positive societal transformations with digital technology, towards a sustainable digital humanity. Here are its 3 objectives:
1. Collaborative Monitoring: Not only on the knowledge of digital tools, computer science and digital uses, but on their societal impacts (Digital Anthropotechnology).
2. Social hacktivism: For the promotion of a responsible digital culture, and the reduction of digital divides in French-speaking Switzerland, connected to the world.
3. Project incubator: The association supports the development of programs and the emergence of solutions compatible with its values.
