Femina Tech is an association that encourages women to pursue careers in digital and technical fields. To achieve this, we bring together men and women who see the future in diversity and diversity. Our scope of action extends over the entire Grand Est region and Luxembourg.
The partnerships established with the organisations concerned by these issues make it possible to move forward together to develop professional diversity. Femina Tech acts mainly in the technical and digital fields (computer science, programming, graphic design, audiovisual, etc.).
Through the facilitation of workshops, conferences and afterworks, we want to increase women's involvement in the sectors of the future as well as in the world of entrepreneurship. To do this, it offers various events to young people, job seekers, active professionals and the curious, to introduce them and raise their awareness of digital technology. The association is happy to participate in round tables on the theme of gender diversity, entrepreneurship or the place of women in the technical and digital sectors.
