Pimms Mediation

The Pimms Mediation are places of welcome open to all, interface of mediation between populations and public services. The result of a shared desire between the State, local authorities and partner companies, 99 Pimms Médiation have been created – 89 of which are labelled France Services – at the service of inhabitants and territories. 

In total, there are more than 300 contact points spread throughout the national territory. They are places of proximity and solidarity in which mediators, professionals in social cohesion, facilitate people's access to the services necessary for daily life. The Pimms Mediation inform, guide or support users in their administrative procedures. They prevent and help resolve conflicts. As a generalist in its territory, Pimms Médiation is developing a multi-service activity. 

This offer is characterised by equal treatment and access for everyone to the services and rights specific to each situation. Thus, Pimms Mediation works to ensure that residents have access to the services necessary for everyday life.
