As a non-profit organization, TYK has undertaken the task of coordinating between producers, local governments and recycling facilities.
The main duties of AEEE collection throughout Turkey are to increase the awareness level of the public, to carry the rates within the scope of the regulation by considering sustainable and environmental values, to document that the collected AEEEs are recycled according to certain standards and criteria, and to report the work done to the TR Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
