Zoomacom

The purpose of the Zoomacom association is to enable the appropriation of Information and Communication Technologies, digital practices and uses, by all audiences in the service of the planning, economic, social and cultural development of the territories it supports. In other words: Train and support territories, structures and citizens in the economic, social and cultural changes resulting from our transition to the digital age (culture, education, knowledge, skills, etc.) 

 Zoomacom fulfills public service missions at several levels: 

- Departmental, as a resource centre for digital mediation in the Loire, 

- Intermunicipal as a Local Digital Resource Centre for the Saint-Étienne Métropole agglomeration, 

- Local, as a Digital Resource Centre for DPSs in the City of Saint-Étienne. 

Zoomacom supports local authorities in the definition and implementation of digital access policies and in the deployment of solutions to support uses. Its missions Zoomacom is campaigning for a global consideration of digital technology in education, employment, culture, etc. 

Zoomacom brings together professionals and ICT enthusiasts, employees, speakers, volunteers, experts in their fields of expertise (technical, uses, culture, science, sociology, economics, politics, education, etc.), wishing to share and confront their knowledge and knowledge to support in a spirit of reciprocity, the digital uses of the neophyte to the experienced user As part of its partnership with the Loire Department, Zoomacom is approved as the Department's Digital Mediation Resource Center.
